A veteran of the financial services industry, Sean has provided financial solutions to some of the world’s largest companies. In a career spanning 17 years he has worked in the areas of financial product management, sales and distribution, and relationship management.
Sean developed his expertise while employed at blue chip financial services corporations including ING, Deutsche Bank, AMP and most recently, Challenger Financial Services, as well as completing a Masters of Business Administration (MBA).
Recognising an opportunity in the marketplace born out of Australia?s increasingly complex compulsory superannuation requirements and the need for sophisticated employee benefits programs to engage and retain talent, Sean launched Health Wealth & Time in 2002.
As Managing Director, Sean has seen the business continue to grow as leading-edge companies from a diverse range of industries, including, IT, food manufacturing and property development, have realised the many benefits that Health, Wealth & Time can bring to their business.

Nicholas has over 15 years experience in the Australian finance industry specifically in the areas of equipment and structured finance for corporate and government customers as a principal lender and as an introducer.
Nicholas?s finance experience also includes consulting to the Western Australian Government for the establishment of their ‘All of Government’ IT operating lease program and the Education Department of Western Australia in both the initial establishment and subsequent re-tender. More recently Nicholas has been involved in the private equity and venture capital industry offering advice and expansion capital to small to medium enterprise.
Nicholas holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business (Finance & Economics) from Curtin University of Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Western Australia. Nicholas is RG146 Compliant in Superannuation, Risk Management, Securities, Derivatives and Managed Investments.
Nicholas is also a director of Macarthur Capital which maintains investments in the Aviation and Superannuation industries.

Andrew has over seven years of financial services and commercial experience in the Private Equity, Venture Capital and Advertising industries. He specialises in deal sourcing, due diligence, financial modelling and project management of capital raising and provides structuring and establishment services for small to medium enterprise.
Andrew holds a Master of Business (Finance) with Distinction from Bond University, a Bachelor of Business (Management & Marketing) from the University of Queensland and is RG146 Compliant in Securities.
Andrew is also a director of Macarthur Capital which maintains investments in the Aviation and Superannuation industries

His roles as a master of ceremonies, strategic planner, and facilitator have taken him around the world - from Footscray to Fiji, Sydney to South Africa and Melbourne to the Maldives.
David has been associated with Health, Wealth & Time since 2004, taking responsibility for the company’s ‘time’ component as he conducts the acclaimed ’Your Best Year Yet’ program.
